JSC2007-E-37418 (18 July 2007) --- Astronauts Peggy Whitson, Expedition 16 commander; and Dan Tani, Expedition 15/16 flight engineer, participate in a training session in the virtual reality lab in the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility at the Johnson Space Center. This type of computer interface, paired with virtual reality training hardware and software, helps to prepare the entire team for dealing with space station elements. Crew trainer Elizabeth Horton assisted Whitson and Tani.
