Reisman (center), Expedition 16 flight engineer, receives instructions from crew trainer Bob Behrendsen (left) during a water survival training session in the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) near Johnson Space Center. Reisman is scheduled to join Expedition 16 as flight engineer after launching to the station on mission STS-123.
